Based in Portugal, coaching Hyrox worldwide.
Tiago Lousa has won multiple podiums in the PRO and Doubles categories since he started competing in Hyrox.
At the same time, he started receiving requests from all over the world to be a solo coach for several elite athletes.
Since then, Tiago has continued to coach and develop his Hyrox training program besides competing. In 2021/22, he developed Hyrox training programs for all the Hyrox community of athletes in Spain. Tiago gave the first ever official Hyrox Master Coach Certification Academy in the Iberian peninsula.
Tiago, as a Certified Hyrox Master Coach, has set up three active training programs. In 2023, already 35 athletes have qualified for the world championship using this Hyrox training program.

A program reserved for a few dedicated athletes with whom Tiago can follow up daily. There is no open enrollment. If you consider yourself an elite athlete with ambitions to reach the world championship, you should get in touch so we can evaluate you at the beginning of the season.
