Alexander Roncevic is one of the most complete hybrid athletes in the game today. In the year in which he won the European Hyrox Championship 2024 and has just been crowned World Hyrox Champion 2024, there is no doubt about it.
Alexander chose me (Tiago Lousa) as his coach in 2022. I quickly realized his potential, and the moment he progressed to the Elite category in Hyrox, he began to have an exclusive and dedicated training program. Even knowing that Alexander is an athlete with a high level of self-awareness and a lot of sporting background from other disciplines, it’s easy to understand that the training program has to be super specific and adapted. Even so, as he himself has explained in some interviews, he doesn’t follow the plan to the letter because he likes to feel his body first when he wakes up and analyze it day after day.

About Coach Tiago Lousa
Tiago Lousa has won multiple podiums in the PRO and Doubles categories since he started competing in Hyrox.
At the same time, he started receiving requests from all over the world to be a solo coach for several elite athletes.
Since then, Tiago has continued to coach and develop his Hyrox training program besides competing. In 2021/22, he developed Hyrox training programs for all the Hyrox community of athletes in Spain. Tiago gave the first ever official Hyrox Master Coach Certification Academy in the Iberian peninsula.
Tiago, as a Certified Hyrox Master Coach, has set up three active training programs. In 2023, already 70 athletes have qualified for the world championship using this Hyrox training program.
