I was born in 1982, in Portugal, and I can’t remember not training for something for more than 1 week in my whole life.

From my childhood in a Military School to Police University, I led men and teams in sports and educational contexts. 🎖️📚

Today as a Major on a Police Special Unit, I do leadership, recruitment and training of the best humans ready to solve complex security problems in our society. 👮

I have been doing endurance sports all my life (Rowing, Triathlon, Orienteering, Trail Running, Spartan Races, CrossFit, etc.) 🚣 🏊 🏃 🚴 🧗

I am also CEO and Head Coach at CrossFit Alphaden: one of the biggest CF affiliates in Portugal. AlphaDen is my HQ Army. 🏋️

Father of 2 and husband to an amazing woman with whom I share the best moments. 🏠 ❤️

Since 2021, I’ve been specializing in Hyrox; I was 3rd Elite at the World Championships 2021 in Leipzig, Germany. 🌍
